Included in all of our website packages, Responsive Design and User Experience are essential basics in our design toolbox. There are so many different sized devices between mobile, tablet, and desktop. We believe all users should have an equal user experience on whatever device they favour, the quality should never differ. We consider every device right from the wireframe through to code to make sure your website works seamlessly no matter how your customers are viewing it.

We start every website with our own baseline starter kit. From then on everything is bespoke, custom developed* and unique to you and your business. Our websites really shine and you can see the passion that has gone into creating them.

Expert Umbraco Implementation
We take our Umbraco implementation seriously it’s our chosen Content Management System (CMS) for a reason!
Umbraco is one of the few CMS’s that allows us the flexibility to design the back end editors experience as well as the front end users experience. This flexibility allows us to provide you with a low maintenance website with easy to manage content and a beautiful front end design.
Umbraco is easy to scale upwards as your business develops and grows, a benefit we find package websites (eg Wix and Squarespace) and other CMS’s (eg WordPress and Expression Engine) rarely fulfil. This means no rebuilds as your website grows! - Umbraco expands with you.
Umbraco is secure. Unlike other CMS’s you don’t constantly need to apply security patches and updates saving us time, and more importantly, you money.

Low Maintenance
Unlike a lot of agencies, we don't automatically set up regular maintenance contracts for our Umbraco based websites - they simply don't need that level of support regularly enough to warrant it.
Considering most maintenance plans start at £60 +VAT per month you are instantly saving over £700 a year on website running costs. A big money saver for you and your business!
We'd much rather work proactively with you, continually improving your website as and when it needs it, evolving it alongside your business as it changes and grows. On the odd occasion security updates do arise a small one off payment is all that is needed to cover the cost.
Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity Performance Measuring
If you want to continue to drive sales and/or visits to your website you need to know how your website is performing. That’s where Google Analytics comes in to play providing you with in depth insights on areas your website is excelling and areas where you could improve.
We also love to use Microsoft Clarity which can give you amazing insights into user experience. Our favourite tools to use are user heatmaps, session recording and click tracking which give great understanding of your customers journey through your website and can highlight areas of user frustration and loss of interest.
Microsoft Azure Premium Website Hosting
The techy bit… We host all our websites on Microsoft Azure cloud computing service, using Virtual Machines or Web App Services. (Both use Microsoft-managed UK based data centres) Virtualised computing means we don't have to worry about hardware problems (disk drives corrupting, breaking, expiring) meaning less maintenance costs for us, you, and for your website.
