The Brief

Echo Research, a global leader in reputation analysis and advisory, came to us for help redesigning and building their website using Umbraco. Their old website design meant it was difficult to clearly explain what they do, which made it hard for visitors to understand the breadth of their expertise. On top of that, they wanted a site that was easy to update so they could keep their content fresh and relevant. Our aim was to create a website that not only showcased their work clearly but also gave them the flexibility to manage it themselves.

The Process

Teaming up with Echo, we started by understanding their core challenges and vision for the website. Through UX and UI design meetings, we mapped out how best to structure and present their complex offering in a way that was intuitive for users. Using Umbraco as the CMS, we focused on building a clean, modern design with a streamlined navigation system to guide visitors through their services, case studies, and insights. The platform was customised to allow Echo to easily manage and update their content, ensuring they could keep the site fresh and relevant.

The Outcome

The new website has completely transformed the way Echo presents itself online. It now delivers a clear, concise narrative of who they are and what they do, with a design that reflects their reputation as leaders in their field. The flexible Umbraco CMS empowers their team to update content quickly and efficiently, ensuring the site remains relevant and showcases their latest work. The result is a user friendly, visually engaging website that supports both their internal goals and their audience’s needs.

Ongoing Support

Since launch, mohunky have continued to support Echo Research. We are always on hand to help optimise functionality and adapt the site to any new requirements, ensuring it evolves alongside their business, however, Echo are largely in control of the website themselves. By working closely together during the design, build and launch process, we have ensured their website is fully manageable inhouse. We have given them the confidence and tools to take charge of updates and maintenance without relying on external support.

As a very specialised market research business evaluating reputation, we find it hard to concisely present what we do on our website and need to be able to update our content regularly. Introduced to mohunky by our creative agency who we have worked with for over 25 years, we have been very impressed by the way that Rob and his team understood what was needed and delivered a
very effective solution.

We are now looking at our whole CMS and will certainly be working with mohunky again in the future.
